She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Okey and Mattie Cunningham (Carpenter); her husband Ralph O. Conklin; her sons, Randall L. Conklin (Christa) of Waynesburg, Douglas R. Conklin (Joyce) of Sycamore and Kevin C. Conklin of Waynesburg; her grandchildren, Caitlin Conklin of Waynesburg, Eric Conklin (Ryoko) of New York, Brody Conklin (Mattie) of Washington and Tucker Conklin (Drew) of Wexford; her great grandchildren, Callie Conklin, Carly Conklin of Washington, Cooper Conklin of Wexford and Arthur Conklin of New York; her niece Connie Robb (Barry) of Wintersville; her great-niece Nicole Mattingly; her brother William O. Cunningham; and her niece Tamara Millish.
