Neff of Washington, PA; his grandchildren, Alaina, Leanna, Adilynn, Abriella, Wyatt, Stella, Layla, Mason, Courtney and Ashley; and his siblings, Vicky L. Neff of Washington, PA, Doris Thorpe (Stanley) of Smithfield, PA, Gloria Vincenti (Bill Auld) of McKees Rocks, PA, Michael E. Neff (Tracey) of Largo, FL and Robert S. Neff, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
