He is survived by: his wife Connie Lahew Loughman; his children, Belynda Beatty (Charles) of Claysville, PA, Marci Snee (Emerson) of Waynesburg, PA and Samuel David Loughman of Waynesburg, PA; his sisters, Dora Belle Barclay of Waynesburg, PA, Ruth Ellen Fox and Deborah Loughman; and his grandson Charles Beatty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
