He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Grycko and Anna Madar Grycko; his former wife Dorothy Shedlarski Grycko; his sons, Stephen and Walter Stephen Grycko; and his brothers, Frank Golembieski and Daniel Grycko.
He is survived by: his daughter Gloria Jean Bilder; his children-in-law, Edward J. Jr. and Johnna Grycko; his grandchildren, Adam Bilder (Janine), Stacey Davis (Ben) and Ashley Grycko; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Addison Davis; his brother-in-law Dr. Joseph Shedlarski; and his stepgranddaughters, Saundra Colwell and Christina Vogel (Msgt).
