She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Toton and Karolina Tanzer Toton; her husband Daniel; and her siblings, Josephine Toton Kester, Helen Toton Clark, Paul "Paulie" Toton and Frank "Frankie" Toton.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Stefanides Jr. (Michele) of Wellsboro, PA, Patricia Wesley (Thomas), Christine Naughton (James) and Michael Stefanides (Marie); her grandchildren, Carrie Ann Stefanides Kitchen (Marietta), Attorney Daniel Stefanides, Christopher Stefanides (Christy) of Huntington, WV, Ryan (Nicole), Stacey Naughton Hasara (Evan) of Arvada, CO and Lieutenant Shelby (Steven); her great grandchildren, Harper, Molly, Liam Kitchen, Watson Stefanides, Olivia, Brody, Calvin Wesley and Steffie Hasara; her siblings-in-law, Gerard Kester and Lothaine Stefanides; and her close friends, Eleanor Hudak and Lorraine Stibgen. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
The children and grandchildren wish to extend their sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful care and compassion shown to Steffie by the staff at Kingston Health Care Facility since she began residing there, and most especially during the time of the COVID-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Steffie's memory to either Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 116 Hughes Street, Swoyersville, Pennsylvania 18704, or to Saint Joseph's Center, 2010 Adams Avenue, Scranton, Pennsylvania 18509.
