Sophie A. Pointon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sophie A. Pointon of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 1, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Skrainy and Alexandra Skrainy (Andrejewski); and her brothers, Walter Skrainy (Marian) and Theodore Skrainy. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her sons, Robert Pointon (Nancy) and Richard Pointon (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Alexandra Pointon, Nicholas Pointon (Kathleen), Lucas Pointon, Tia Schreyer and Ryan Schreyer; and her great grandchildren, Harry and Vivienne. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
