He is survived by: his son Robert Pointon (Nancy) of Gibsonia, PA; his granddaughter Alexandra Pointon; his great grandchildren, Vivienne Hartle and Harry Hartle; his grandson Nicholas Pointon (Kathleen); his great grandchild Frederick Pointon; his grandchildren, Lucas Pointon, Richard Pointon (Cheryl) and Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Tia Schreyer and Ryan Schreyer. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
