He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Johnson (Michael), Erin Crofchick (Anthony Grzyboski) and Matthew Crofchick; his grandson Ryan Johnson; his brother Frank Crofchick (Karen); his father-in-law Michael Shampack; his niece Stephanie McDermott (Crofchick); and his nephew Frank Crofchick.
