She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Maholick and Nellie Palonis Maholick; and her siblings, Ruth Schraeder of Bound Brook and Albert Maholick of Great Bend. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Kollarick; her daughter Kimberly Combo (Michael); her sisters, Eva Voitek and Marie Gullo; and her pets, Chesney and Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
