Nancy J. Kachurak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy J. Kachurak of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy J. Kachurak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Atherholt and Eleanor E. Lutz Atherholt; and her siblings, James, Roy, George, Warren Atherholt, Edna Atherholt, Eleanor Bromfield, Majel Fesel, Lois George, Phyllis Mosley and Mildred Davis.
She is survived by: her husband David W. Kachurak; her children, Robert J. Thomas (Beverly), Dr. David H. Thomas (Donnalea) and Lynda E. Brezna (Thomas Rogan); and her granddaughters, Jessica L. DeAngelo (Thomas), Nicole L. McGovern (AJ), Amanda A. Anderson (Keith) and Amber Lyn Brezna (Dan Chmiola). She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren; as well as generations of nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Wroblewski Funeral Home (1442 Wyoming Ave, Forty Fort, PA 18704). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc. (1442 Wyoming Ave, Forty Fort, PA 18704). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:20 AM at the Memorial Shrine Cemetery (1831 W 8th St, Wyoming, PA 18644).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Nancy's memory to Cherry Street Bible Church, 167 Church Street, Plymouth, PA 18651.
