He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mazzillo and Martha Mazzillo. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Mlodzinski); his children, Jason (Philadelphia) and Maria (Raleigh); his siblings, Eric (Ricky) Mazzillo (Swoyersville) and Carol; his brother-in-law Jeff Carter (Wilkes-Barre Township); his nephew Jeffrey Carter (Grace); his nieces, Melissa Myers (Phillip) and Cathy Thomas (Curt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stephanie, Kimberly, Jeffrey Jr. III, Michael Carter, Joshua, Zachary, Katelyn Myers and Nathan Thomas. He is also survived by his family and many, many friends.
