She is survived by: her aunt Margaret; her husband Leonard; her children, Amy Jr, Leonard Jr. and Robert Kmetz; her wife Phyllis of Hughestown; her children, Lindsay and Christopher; and also Mary Ann Stonionis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
