Magisterial District Judge Andrew Barilla Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2020, at the age of 83, Magisterial District Judge Andrew Barilla Jr. of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Barilla Sr. and Margaret Barilla (Drugotch); and his daughter Lisa Barilla. He is survived by: his children, Susan Barilla-Davis (William), Magisterial District, David Barilla, Anita Waravdekar (Neil), Andrew Barilla IV (Kayanne) and Dallas; his grandchildren, Jonathan Davis (Chrissy), Jennifer Parulis (Doug), Drew, Rebecca, Cristina, Nicolas Waravdekar, Corporal Alexander Barilla, Kathryn and Margaret Barilla; his stepgrandson William Davis Jr. (Kim); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Keegan and Shea Davis; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gavin and Parker Davis; his siblings, Mary Ann Yurko (Richard) and John Barilla (Jeanne); and his brother-in-law Anthony Charnetski (Sandy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Following the Divine Liturgy, the family will privately lay Andy to rest in Saint Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Swoyersville. In keeping with Federal, State, and Diocesan guidelines arising from the COVID-19 virus, those attending the viewings and/or funeral service are required to wear a facial covering and observe social distancing.
