He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Pitcavage and Elizabeth Pitcavage (Piskorik); and his sister Betty Ann. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Youngblood; his children, Kathleen of Shavertown, Paul of Shavertown and Therese Pitcavage of Shavertown; his grandson Matthew Pitcavage; and his siblings, Thomas (Elizabeth), David (Marilyn), Edward (Lizabeth), Pringle and Barbara. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
