Minarik (Ott); his close friend Betty Lou Connell of Plains Township; his sons, John Minarik (Jennifer Sienkiewicz) of Nanticoke and Clay Minarik of Edwardsville; his grandson Brendon Minarik; and his siblings, Jane Minarik-Cook and Michael R. Minarik.
