He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Dzurek Sr. and Rita Dzurek (Boback); and his siblings, Deborah R. "Debbie" Muller and David A. Dzurek. He is survived by: his son Swoyersville; his wife Jackie; his brother Gerald Dzurek; and his friends, Janice Karnes, Dave Chappele, Dr. Jim and Sharon Rondina. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
