It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan H. Stesney (Swoyersville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 24, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harchar and Julia Harchar (Chorba); her daughter Suzanne Stesney; and her siblings, George Harchar, Dolores Kulka and Irene Harchar.
She is survived by: her significant other Charles Lee Stesney; her children, Scott Stesney, Charles Stesney (Susan), Forty Fort, Michelle Stesney-Moderwell (Jeremy) and Bear Creek; her grandsons, Daniel and Dustin; her great grandchild Chloe; and her siblings, Robert Harchar, Ronald Harchar, Elaine Krapf, Margaret Dustin and Rosemary Kotis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
