We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2023, at the age of 86, Harry J. Yekel of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry P. Yekel and Rose Haas Yekel; and his sister Rosemary Horwitz. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Harry J. Yekel (Annette Berecin Yekel) and Diane Arguello (Todd Arguello); his grandchildren, Andrew Yekel, Jack Yekel, Alysa Arguello and Tessa Arguello; his sister Marion Ward; his niece Joyce; his nephew Jeff Pace; and his cousin Jim Charters. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
