Schaefer of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schaefer and Helen Kearn Schaefer; his sister Diane Novak; and his stepchildren, Roseann Savage and Darryl Savage.
He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis Savage; his stepchildren, Phyllis Caruthers (Jimmy), Karen Haller, Dallas and David Savage; his nephew Jerome Novak (Kathy); and his pet Peaches. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
