He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Quinn and Margaret Quinn (Cannon). He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Kovalik; his sons, Gary L. Quinn Jr. (Cheryl), Ryan Quinn (Laura) and Michael Quinn (Megan); his grandchildren, Brianna, Harper, Amelia, McKenna and Finleigh; his siblings, Reverend James Quinn and Ellen Duda (John); his nieces, Melissa Duda and Alison Duda; his friends, Linda Mangold Booth and Tracy Gercak RN; and his daughter-in-law Laura Quinn RN.
