He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Carley Joanne Baker. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Mary Lynn Makar (Thomas), Anthony Baker (Margaret), John Baker (Cindy) and Kenneth Baker (Cecelia); and his friends, Ed and Peggy Polney. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; his nieces and nephews; and a host of friends, most especially his close family.
