He was predeceased by: his son Edward. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughters, Karyn Evelock and Janine Dudzik (Garrett); his stepchildren, Alison Opsitos Hoover (Michael), Dallas and Stephen Opsitos; his grandchildren, Lydia and Ellie Dudzik; his stepgrandchildren, David and Sophie Hoover; and his brother James Evelock.
