He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Waymire and Marian Ziskosky Waymire; and his father-in-law Edward Napierkowski. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Napierkowski (Beth); his children, Caitlin Fritz (Bradley), Benton and Holly Hodgson Sweet Valley (Justin); his granddaughters, Lynzee, Kaylee, Brynlee and Maddison; his sister Debbie Tressa (Joe); his mother-in-law Dorothy Napierkowski; and his brother-in-law Edward Napierkowski (Rae).
The family would like to thank Dr. James Galasso and staff, Allied Hospice Care for making Doug comfortable at home until his passing, Memorial contribution if desired can be made to Medical Oncology Prescription fund.
