She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Maletta and Maria Grizinski; her husband Michael; her siblings, Nancy Tirpak, Madeline Gruver, Carmella Peeler and Paul Cosimo; her sons, Robert "Torchy" Clark and Paul Opsitos; and her grandson Stephen Semanek.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Judith) of Edwardsville and Joseph (Patricia) of Swoyersville; and her siblings, Joseph Cosimo and Peggy Imfeld. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
