He is survived by: his parent Lillian Miscavage Cussatt of Hazleton; his wife Janet L. Breese Cussatt; his son Noah A. Cussatt; his brothers, Anthony Cussatt, West Hazleton and Thomas Cussatt; his parent-in-law Peggy; his brothers-in-law, Mark Breese and David Breese of Hanover Twp; and his significant other Lexie Loo. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
