She was predeceased by: her parents, James Umbra and Elizabeth Umbra (Perugino); her husband Charley; and her siblings, Joseph, Patrick, WIlliam, James Umbra, Isabelle Spisak, Mary Schwartz and Rose Bellas (Coury).
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Deborah Smith Mileski (James) of Hanover Township, Dr. Sharon Smith Hudacek (Stephen) and Kim Smith Proctor (Mark) of Harvey's Lake; her grandchildren, Brynn (Brian Lewis) of Arlington, VA., Matthew (Kelsey Mileski), Stephen Hudacek (Maria) of Philadelphia, Charles (Jaclyn Hudacek) of Dallas, PA, Joshua Pucha (Stacey) of Jacksonville, FL, Paige and Tate Prucha; and her great grandchildren, Miles, Charley Grace, Reese, Madelyn, Henry, Drew and Annie.
