He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mugford (Morris); his niece Carol Ragugini; his son Jesse; his niece Diane Peck (Michael); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andy and Allison; his nephew Jimmy Morris (Dorothy); his cousin Bob Mugford (Kathy); his nephew Allen Mugford; his nieces, Candy Briggs, Carol True and Claudia Hadden; and also Jennifer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carl's memory to the United Way of the Wyoming Valley, 100 North Pennsylvania Avenue, 2nd Floor, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
