He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sullivan and Mildred Sullivan; his sibling Thomas Sullivan; and his fiancée Lisa Woods. He is survived by: his son Timothy Sullivan Jr.; his siblings, James (Karen), John (Tami) and Chris; his nieces and nephews, Alexa Fox (Joe), Erika Moundros (Mark), Daniel, Madison, Jacob and Sarah; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, James, Kayla, Kyra and Lena.
In lieu of flowers, Tim's family asks to honor his memory by doing an act of kindness or helping someone in need.
