He is survived by: his children, Neal DeFazio (Dawn Marie), Jeanne McDade (Michael), Hope Collins (Charles), Richard DeFazio (Marcie), Meghan, Ian, Zachary, Olivia, Cassandra, Joshua, Lydia, Mia, Nathan, Benjamin and Ava; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Gianna and Ellie; his siblings, Francis (Annette) and Roderick (Peg); and his stepchildren, Diane Capezutto (Denny), Donna Varzaly (George), MaryEllen Jones (Eddie), Robert Hoffmman (Debbie) and Kimberly Hoffman.
