He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond, Sr. Lowe and Hazel Lowe; and his sister JoAnn McClintock. He is survived by: his siblings, June O'Masta (late Jack) of North Braddock, James Lowe of Trafford, Patty Grew (Edward) of Turtle Creek and Deborah Katzman (Rick) of Monroeville. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
