He was predeceased by: his mother Amelia "Mollie" Perrotto (Cuccaro); and his niece Joan Bush. He is survived by: his sisters, Antoinette "Toni" Blayden (Lee) and Mary Jane Bush (Arthur); his nieces and nephews, Keith Blayden (Jill), James Blayden, Beth Lauer (Brad) and Lynn Lower (Michael); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chase Lauer, Max Lauer, Ryan Lower, Kajsa Siewczak, Gabrielle Blayden, Jordan Lauer and Rachel Yost (RJ).
