He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anna Marie Ruffolo (late Frank), Grace Pittman (late Barney) and David Azzolini. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Azzolini (Stoklosa); his brother Danny Azzolini; and his niece Christine Thomas (Greg). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
