Petrarca (Mary Pat), David Petrarca (Diane), Lisa Buettner (John), Leanna Petrarca-Ballog (Mark), Lynn Petrarca-Perla (David) and Lori Factor; her grandchildren, Brittany (Brett), Domenic John, Maria, Angela, John, Lois, Paige, Grace, Samantha and Sydney; and her siblings, Sara Voyten, Robert Smith, Delores Walters, James Smith, Patricia Toy, Wanda Morabito, Betty Potter, Jean Dougherty and Donald Smith. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
