She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland Penick and Byrdia Penick; and her husband Frank D. Gustafson. She is survived by: her brother Dr. James O. Penick; and her nieces, Janice Penick (Marvin Gold) and JoAnn Penick (Shimon Lobelsohn).
