He is survived by: his mother Beverly Ofchinick Caputo; his siblings, Lisa Caputo, Tara Caputo and Anthony Caputo; and his nieces and nephews, Amber, Antonio, Cora, Airiella, Elias and A. J. Jade. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
