She was predeceased by: her parents, David Pennington and Elsie Pennington; her son Raymond Paul; her husband Donald Henry; and her grandson Jace Henry.
She is survived by: her sons, Roy Henry (Kimberly) of Newark, Ronald Henry (Karen) of Washington Township, PA, Robert Henry (Emide) of Evans City, PA and Richard Henry (Tammy) of Washington. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson as well as several nieces and nephews.
