She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Pawlowski and Anna Pawlowski; and her sibling Jean Holsinger. She is survived by: her sons, Darrell J. Shaffer (Elisa) and Robert C. Shaffer (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Christopher, Victoria, Caryn and Bryan Shaffer; her siblings, Florence Turkovich, Ronald Pawlowski, Julie Schnell, Virginia Skaris, Alexander Pawlowski, Sophie Ziccardi and Nancy Hartley; and her close friend Irene Pattson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
