She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bonacci and Clementine Bonacci; and her brother Charles Bonacci. She is survived by: her husband Frank Augustynowicz; her sons, James Clark (Marilyn) of Tampa, FL, Timothy Clark (late Danielle) of North Versailles and Anthony Clark (Veronica) of Plum; her grandchildren, Christian, Dominic and Logan; her great grandchildren, Colton, Wyatt, Gunner and Keegan; and her siblings, Becky Totaro (William), Richard Bonacci and Michael Bonacci (Gloria). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
