She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Snooks" Welsh, Jr.; her child Thomas; and her siblings, George Shanahan, Mary Agnes Harrington, Peggy Crombie, Charlie Shanahan and Joan Talerico.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Moore (Michael), Grace Wheeler (Joseph), Patricia Prelosky (Philip), James Sr. and Elizabeth Title; her grandchildren, Ashley Kurz, Joseph Wheeler, James Welsh, Jr., Brenna Welsh and Emily Title; and her great grandchildren, Erin, Thomas, Finley and Carter. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
