He is survived by: his wife Emilie Bishop Moore; his sons, Dwaine and Gary Moore; his stepchildren, Bruce Bishop and Beth Yantz (Buddy); his stepgrandchildren, Alatheia Proue (Jonathan), David Yantz, Promise Bishop-Campbell (Cory), Justice Bishop and Reston Bishop (Lauren); his daughter-in-law Teri Lewis; his grandchildren, David Moore (Michelle), Heather Moore and Stefanie Lukeski (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Mila and Elliott; and his sister Martha Jordan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
