He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Carter and Mary Ann Carter (Karlovski) of Buena Vista; his daughter Phoenix Pridmore; his brother Joshua D. Carter; his girlfriend Natalie Perkowski; and his uncle Mark Kumf.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (6028 Smithfield St, McKeesport, PA 15135). A Mass was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Michael's Catholic Church (101 McLay Dr, Elizabeth, PA 15037).
