It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred S Below of Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar T. Scherf and Anna L. Scherf; and her siblings, Rudolph and Elizabeth. She is survived by: her husband Max K. Below; her friend Donna Denninger; her sons, Robert (Linda) of Bartonsville and William (Anna) of Scotrun; her grandchildren, Shaun Below, Sally Below, Anna Bilby, Susan Below, Steven Below, Scott Below and Laura Mattison; her great grandchildren, Max, Mitchell, Wynne, Magnus, Stratton, Cody and Travis; her nieces, Terri, Christina and Dori; and her nephew Rick.
