He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor W. Strunk, Sr. and Marie Strunk Fabel (Groner); his siblings, Robert Eugene Strunk, Clifford Dale Strunk, Larry Strunk and Marlene Hineline; and his stepmother Eva Strunk (Potter).

He is survived by: his significant other Lawrence "Larry" R. Smith; and his siblings, Gloria DeBoer of Stroudsburg and Joseph Strunk (Marie) of Stroudburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to AWSOM (Animal Welfare Society of Monroe), P.O. Box 13, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
