She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Perfetti; her father Frank; her sister Pearl Smale; and her nieces, Bonnie Lou King (Van Why), Mary Elizabeth Smale and Gaye Susan Smale.
She is survived by: her daughter Gina Marie Turbolski (Joseph) of Granville, MA; her granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Turbolski of Granville, MA; and her sister Rose Marie Anthony (VanWhy) of Slatington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 367 Scotrun Avenue, Scotrun, PA 18355.
