It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline E. Keiper (Swiftwater, Pennsylvania), born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Dyson and Dorothy Dyson (Smith); and her sister Betty Elwine. She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Keiper of Swiftwater; her nephew Jerry Elwine of Spring Hills, FL; and her cousin Richard Deubler of Pocono Pines.
