He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Knight and Mary Slatky Foss; and his sister Cheryl Foss Kobal. He is survived by: his close friend Annie VanLoan of Swiftwater; his daughters, Angel Woodcock (Michael) of Spotsylvania, VA, Sandra Werley (Lanny) of Leesport and Mary Foss-Ingram of Brickerville; and his siblings, Kollin (Eileen) and Debbie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
