He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foose and Helen Foose (Rupert); and his spouse Shirley Foose (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Ben Foose (Stacy) and Barbara Foose (Cindy Mayes); his sister Katie Winchock (Whitie); and his granddaughter Erika Foose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
