He is survived by: his siblings, John Mulgrew of New Jersey, Eileen Hughes of California, Anne Marie Mulgrew-Melinchock (John Melinchock) of Philadelphia, Rosanne Owens (Charles) of Sweet Valley, Robert Mulgrew (Betsy) of Philadelphia, Patrice McKissick (James) of Philadelphia, Terrance Mulgrew (Aiko) of Florida and Virginia Lambe (Gary) of Philadelphia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
