He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Pierre and Sophia Winnicki Besancon. He is survived by: his children, Ernest F. Besancon (Louise), Diane Mashinski and Manda Jeanne Lacey; and his sister Barbara Ruggles. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
