He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dennis and Mary Louise. He is survived by: his wife Jane Creamer Sullivan; his daughters, Courtney (Bob), Karen Golden (Tim) and Katherine Reed (Ron); his siblings, Tim (Georgine), Bill (Pat) and Maggie McClanahan (David); and his brother-in-law Don Creamer (Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and close friends.
